Renfe has taken a new step in its transparency initiatives. Since 6 October, it has been publishing punctuality data for all its passenger services on its website.
This information, available for consultation and download in the “Corporate Governance and Transparency” section of its website, is presented more visually and interactively, with an extended history up to January 2025.
The reports include Alta Velocidad, Larga Distancia, Avant, Media Distancia, as well as, for the first time, Cercanías and Rodalies. For the latter, additional indicators have been added, such as average delay, timetable adherence by station, ratio between trains run and scheduled (including cancellations) and regularity of service.

This measure is in addition to other resources to improve access to information, such as the real-time display of the position of trains, which allows users to know immediately the status of their journeys.
With these actions, Renfe reinforces its commitment to Good Governance and accountability, offering accurate data on its operational performance and keeping the public informed.
