Adif AV awards Renfe the infrastructure tests with rolling stock

Renfe will also have to provide technical support to Adif in tasks such as access to legal recorders, data dump, ERMTS Level 2 key management and configuration of on-board equipment on trains. The contract has been divided into four geographical lots: Northeast (2.31 million Euro), East (1.95 million Euro), South (1.26 million Euro) and North (2.18 million Euro), which will enable a comprehensive coverage of the high-speed railway network.

Adif Alta Velocidad has awarded Renfe the service contract to carry out infrastructure tests with rolling stock on the Adif-owned railway network, for a total amount of 7.7 million Euro and a planned duration of 24 months. The contract includes the execution of validation and verification tests on newly built infrastructures, as well as reliability tests prior to commissioning or commercial simulations by the operators. It also includes tests on existing infrastructures to check their correct state and operation. Renfe will also have to provide technical support to Adif in tasks such as access to legal recorders, data dump, ERMTS Level 2 key management and configuration of on-board equipment on trains. Adif Alta Velocidad has awarded Renfe the service contract for infrastructure testing of rolling stock on Adif’s railway network. The contract has a total value of 7.7 million Euro and is expected to last 24 months.

The service commissioned includes the execution of validation and verification tests on newly built infrastructures, as well as pre-commissioning reliability tests or commercial simulations by operators. It also includes tests on existing infrastructures to check their correct state and operation.

Renfe must also provide technical support to Adif in tasks such as access to legal recorders, data dump, ERMTS Level 2 key management and configuration of on-board equipment on trains.
